Audio Lab
Real-time signal generation, spectrum analysis, and lossless export
Privacy and audio safety notice
This lab runs entirely in your browser using the Web Audio API. No audio is uploaded, stored, or sent to Gemini or any other external service. Microphone input, when enabled, is analyzed locally only and is never routed to your speakers. Signal generator output can be loud: start at a low level and use hearing protection when testing at high levels.
Audio Engine
Engine: inactive
Audio Source
Purpose: local, real-time frequency analysis only. Data boundary: no upload, storage, Gemini, or external service ever receives microphone audio. Monitoring policy: the microphone is not routed to your speakers. You can deny or later revoke permission without affecting the signal generator.
Microphone analysis is active. Audio is not audible on your speakers.
Signal Generator
Lossless Export
Exports the current generator signal as uncompressed 24-bit / 96 kHz stereo PCM WAV.
Real-Time Analysis
Logarithmic real-time frequency spectrum. Use the frequency inspection field below for an exact, keyboard-accessible reading; the live peak readout also updates continuously as plain text.
Peak: – Hz @ – dBFS
Scrolling waterfall spectrogram; color indicates energy at each logarithmically-mapped frequency over time. Not required to operate the lab; RTA and text readouts convey the same information.
Threshold Monitor
Status: normal
